Beneficiary Relations Administration

The Beneficiary Relations Department works to enhance communication between the university, students, staff, and visitors, and to improve the quality of services provided to them. It also receives inquiries and comments, handles complaints, monitors satisfaction levels, and analyzes needs to develop initiatives that enhance the beneficiary experience and support university excellence.
