The Contracts and Procurement Department is committed to securing the needs of the various university sectors in accordance with regulations and systems, in a timely manner, at the right price and with the right quality. The department works diligently as one team and with pleasure and faith in the responsibilities entrusted to it to provide for the needs of the administrative and academic units of the university.

Administration's Taske

  1. Participating in committees for opening envelopes and examining bids.
  2. Securing the university's needs within the limits of the allocated financial resources.
  3. Follow up on the work that has been done to ensure the insurance is in place as required.
  4. Addressing relevant companies and institutions is the basis for providing the best offers.
  5. Participating in the preparation of the university's annual report.
  6. Projects are offered through competition or direct insurance.
