About the Administration
It is responsible for enhancing the efficiency of the university's organizational structure by building and developing organizational and procedural manuals for all units and ensuring their alignment with the strategic direction. The department undertakes the tasks of periodically reviewing and updating policies and procedures (according to the approved coding), developing job descriptions in collaboration with Human Resources, providing specialized advice to units in the areas of organizational manual preparation, and preparing periodic reports on organizational performance and proposals for the development of organizational procedures and structures.
