Tasks
- Building, documenting, and evaluating the efficiency of organizational and procedural guidelines for all entities within the university.
- Updating and developing organizational and procedural guidelines in accordance with changes and the university’s strategic direction.
- Periodic review of the policies and procedures manual and work on developing it (reengineering).
- Developing and reviewing job description cards in collaboration with the General Directorate of Human Resources.
- Providing necessary consultations to university units that are working on preparing policy and procedure manuals.
- Preparing the necessary periodic reports on the achievements and workflow of the department.
