About the Management
The Quality Management Department is responsible for developing and implementing a quality assurance system at the university based on the Deming Continuous Improvement Methodology (PDCA). It monitors the adherence of units to national and international quality standards and promotes data-driven evaluation and improvement processes, thereby supporting enhanced institutional and academic performance and the achievement of the university's strategic goals. The department also contributes to supporting units in building a professional culture based on continuous improvement and process integration, which strengthens the effectiveness of the institutional system and the quality of its outputs.
