Saudi Electronic University is pleased to announce the
2025 Founding Day Competition
Which aims at motivating students to participate in celebrating this significant occasion. The competition seeks to enhance awareness of the Kingdom’s Founding Day, its history, and its cultural heritage.
Competition Objectives:
- Empowering university students to participate in celebrating the Kingdom’s Founding Day.
- Encouraging creativity and expression in showcasing the historical and cultural aspects of Founding Day.
- Strengthening national identity by highlighting the importance of Founding Day in the history of the Kingdom.
- Promoting a sense of national belonging and patriotism.
Competition Tracks
| Track | Detail |
| Fine Art | Participants will create artistic paintings inspired by the themes of Founding Day, reflecting its significance and values. |
| Digital Art | This track involves creating digital paintings that represent the history and heritage of Founding Day |
| Infographic Design | Participants will design an infographic illustration of the key events, values, and symbols of Founding Day in a visually appealing way |
| Poetry | This track allows participants to compose poems reflecting their pride, patriotism, and deep connection to the nation, emphasizing the significance of Founding Day. The poems can be in Classical Arabic or local dialect |
| Short Video Production | Participants will create a short video (between 60 and 120 seconds) that conveys the spirit of Founding Day through creative storytelling, visuals, or historical narrations |
| Photography | This category involves capturing photographs that artistically represent the themes and cultural aspects of Founding Day. |
| Creativity & Innovation | Participants can submit innovative ideas that creatively celebrate Founding Day, such as digital projects, interactive media, or artistic performances |
Participation Guidelines
- The competition is open to university students.
- Entries must be original, creative, and relevant to the theme of Founding Day.
- Participants must adhere to the rules and regulations outlined on the official competition website
- Any form of plagiarism or unoriginal work will result in disqualification.
- Content must comply with Islamic values and ethical guidelines.
- All artistic, written, and digital submissions must be aligned with the spirit of Founding Day.
Competition Policies
- The university reserves the right to reject any submission that does not comply with the guidelines.
- Only currently enrolled university students may participate.
- Submitted work must be authentic and should not include copyrighted content.
- Participants must avoid any controversial or politically sensitive topics.
- The university holds the right to publish or use winning submissions in promotional materials.
