Personal Status Lawsuits and the New Regulations
Provided by Dr.Salem bin Rashid Al Azizi, faculty member in the Law department at Saudi Electronic University.

The course will be held on Wednesday 23\06\2021 , from 4:00 pm - 9:00 pm (1 day/ 5 training hours).

Objectives:

  • The trainee should be able to formulate personal status lawsuits.
  • The trainee knows the mechanism and procedures for filing personal status lawsuits.

  • The most important evidence.
  • Implementation of personal status provisions.
