The Institute of Research and Studies is pleased to invite you to register in a course on:
Basic Concepts of Training of Trainers T.O.T
Provided by Dr. Saad Eddin Khalil Abdullahi, training expert in the field of administrative development, human resource management and Enterprise creativity.
The course will be held from Sunday 20\06\2021 until Tuesday 22\06\2021 , from 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm (3 days/ 9 training hours).
Objectives:
- Identify the concept, importance and principles of the training system.
- Using training methods to achieve excellence in presenting scientific material.
- The use of audio and visual aids in the training process. Using effective methods of communication with the trainees. Using effective methods to deal with the different types of trainees.
