Extension of the E-Services/Student Services Access Period

The Saudi Electronic University announces to all students that the access period for benefiting from the E-Services/Student Services has been extended, in order to provide all students with the opportunity to complete procedures and benefit from the following services:

Closing Date	Service
End of business day on Thursday, May 14, 2026, corresponding to Dhu al-Qidah 27, 1447 AH	Major Change -Change of Major and Specialization -enrollment Request
End of business day on Saturday, May 30, 2026, corresponding to Dhu al-Hijjah 13, 1447 AH	English Language Equivalency Request

The University urges all students to take the initiative to benefit from the services before the extension period ends, while ensuring follow-up on announcements and approved deadlines through the University's official channels.

Application Procedure:

Applications shall be submitted through the Student Services portal on the Saudi Electronic University website, with the importance of uploading all required data and documents. Requests that do not meet the submission requirements and conditions will not be considered.
