In order to develop students' skills the Administrative and Finance College in Saudi Electronic University is pleased to invite you to attend training course entitled: Intro Operation Management.
Provided by Dr. Abdullah Alkhoraif, assistant professor in management department at Saudi electronic university.
The session will be held on Thursday 05 Nov 2020, from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
Course Contents:
- Describe the elements of operations strategy and alignment with business and other functional strategies.
- Differentiate between the methods of competition with the objectives of operations.
- Demonstrate how operations can become more environmentally sustainable.
- Compare the three strategies for introducing a new product.
- A comparison of the five types of product flow processes. Differentiate between the characteristics of the service organization and the manufacturing organization.
