Extension of the Application Period for English Language Course Equivalency (ENG001–003)

The Saudi Electronic University announces to the Common First-Year students of the 2025 cohort the extension of the (application period for the English Language Course Equivalency (ENG001–003) until Thursday, 20 August 2026 (07/03/1448 AH), in accordance with the applicable regulations.

The University urges all students to submit their requests through the English Language Course Equivalency service available via the Electronic Student Services before the announced deadline. No applications submitted after this period will be considered.

Application Procedure:

Applications must be submitted through the English Language Course Equivalency service via

the Electronic Student Services on the Saudi Electronic University website.

• Requests submitted via email or by hand will not be accepted or considered.
• Applications submitted through the Suggestions and Complaints system will not be considered.
• No exceptions will be granted regarding the minimum score requirements for each major as announced on the University's official website.
