Courses Registration for the second semester of the academic year 2021\2022 for Bachelor Students

Dear students,

The Vice Presidency for Educational Affairs announces the start date for courses registration summer semester of the academic year 2021\2022 for bachelor degree students.

Registration starts on Wednesday, June 8, 2022 at 11:00AM

and ends on Tuesday, June 14m 2022 at 11:00PM

Registration is available for undergraduate students who have completed the common first year requirements.

Important notes:

1. Registration for the summer semester is optional.
2. Study and exams in the summer semester are by attendance.
3. The summer semester will be treated in terms of exams, distribution of grades for each course, attendance and absence as is the case in regular semesters.
4. Priority for registration for the summer semester according to seniority and in accordance with the available vacancies in the offered courses.
5. The number of hours allowed for registration in the summer semester is 9 hours, and 12 hours is the maximum if the student is a graduate, according to the executive rules of the study and examination regulations at the university.
6. Any courses that have a conflict in the midterm or final exams will not be registered.
7. Payment of fees will be available immediately after the completion of registration (by the end of the day). In case of non-payment within the specified payment period announced in the academic calendar, the registration will be automatically deleted.
8.  Pay the late tuition fees, if any, so that you can register for your courses.
9.  There will be No tuition fees exemption for the summer semester.
10.  Be sure to be immunized with the COVID-19 vaccine in two doses and the booster dose if you complete 6 months of the second dose.

12.  For the first time, registration will be opened for students from outside the university (visiting students), noting that priority in registration will be for Saudi Electronic University students. To apply click here

 Tuition Fees for Summer Semester :

•  For students enrolled at the university before the year 1443 AH (210 riyals per academic hour)
• For students enrolled in the university after the year 1443 AH (265 riyals per academic hour)
