Seminar: Safe Return

The College of Health Sciences represented by the Community Services Unit, invites you to attend an introductory seminar about returning to normal life, entitled: Safe return.

The seminar will be held on Tuesday, November 2, 2021, from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM.

Presented by:

• Dr. Abdullah Alarifi, a physician and a faculty member in the Public Health department at the College of Health Sciences, Saudi Electronic University.   
• Mrs. Dana Kattan, a family counselor, a social trainer, and a Quran trainer.

Meeting Moderator:

Dr. Ahmed Alabdrabalnabi, a faculty member in the Public Health department at the College of Health Sciences, Saudi Electronic University.   

The seminar will discuss the following points:

1. The family relationships while facing returning to the normal life and back to work.
2. Family fears from attachment and adherence of children and their dependence on the presence of parents for a long time.
3. Re-adjusting the time management skills to push the wheel of productivity to a level equal to or greater than the previous recession period.
4. The impact of Corona pandemic on the mental and psychological health of adults and children.
5. How do we overcome the resulting anxiety?
6. Returning to normal life.
