The University Vice Presidency for Educational Affairs, represented by the Deanship of Admission and Registration, announces the availability of an Exceptional Academic Term for registering the English Language Skills Course for First-Year Common Program students for the academic year 1446 AH.
Registration Period:
Registration will begin on Thursday, 17 Sha’ban 1447 AH, corresponding to February 5, 2026, at 2:00 PM, and will end by the end of Monday, 21 Sha’ban 1447 AH, corresponding to February 9, 2026.
Objective:
This exceptional term aims to enable students to complete the requirements of the First-Year Common Program, subject to the following conditions:

Registration in the English Language Skills course during the exceptional term is optional.

The course is exclusively available to First-Year Common Program students for the academic year 1446 AH.

The student must have successfully completed all First-Year Common Program courses, except for the English Language Skills course.

The cost per credit hour during the exceptional term is 265 SAR.

No tuition fee exemptions are available for the exceptional term.

Tuition fees must be fully paid no later than Saturday, February 14, 2026.

The student must not have any disciplinary penalties on record.

Commitment to attending lectures and completing all academic requirements of the English course is mandatory.

Students must commit to taking midterm and final examinations in person at the university’s designated learning centers.

To pass the course, students must obtain a minimum grade of 70.

An exception applies to Law and E-Media students, who must obtain a minimum grade of 60.

Registration Procedure:
Students wishing to register for the English Language Skills course during the exceptional term are required to complete the registration form via a link, which will be announced later.
