The Institute of Research and Studies is pleased to invite you to register in: Modern Methods in Sitting International Commercial Disputes (Post-Corona).
Provided by Mr. Musaed A. Alsultan, Lecturer in Finance Department at College of Administrative and Financial Sciences in the Saudi Electronic University.
The course will be held on Saturday 27 March 2021, from 3:30 pm - 8:30 pm (4 hours / day).
Objectives:
- Trainees recognize the rules that regulate the alternative means of resolving disputes internationally and locally.
- Trainees recognize the various means and required skills to resolve disputes.
Course Theme:
- International contracts and international law (UNCITRAL Rules).
- Various options for dispute resolution.
- Remote litigation and its applications internationally and locally.
