An invitation to attend a lecture entitled: Sleep Disorders

The Permanent Committee for the Promotion of Mental Health announces the holding of a lecture entitled: Sleep Disorders.
Presented by Specialist Hanin Mansouri, a health and clinical psychologist at Waad Center for Psychological Counseling.
The lecture will be held on Wednesday 30 Dec 2020, from 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm.
Lecture axes:
- Types of sleep disorders and their causes.
- Insomnia as an independent disorder, or as a symptom of mental disorders.
- Awareness about types of hypnotic drugs.
- Sleep Hygiene aids (good sleep tips).
Notes:
- This course will be offered to all male and female students of the Saudi Electronic University.
