Provided by Mr. Naif Almoharib, Lawyer and certified trainer.

The session will be held on Saturday 10 Oct 2020, from 12:45 PM to 3:45 PM.

Course Contents:

The importance of documenting rights.
Regular commercial entities.
Methods of documentation that are legally and legally established (drafting contracts, commercial papers, documents ...).
Risks of not documenting.
Settlement of commercial disputes (mediation, arbitration, judiciary).

This course will be offered to all male and female students of the Saudi Electronic University.
