The Institute of Research and Studies is pleased to invite you to register in a Training Course Entitled: Economic Feasibility Study of Businesses and How to Decide your Project Idea.
Provided by Dr. AbdulIelah Muhammad Al-Nafisa, Assistant Professor of Business Administration in the College of Administrative and Financial Sciences at the Saudi Electronic University.

  • Entrepreneurship concept and investment objectives.
  • How to choose an appropriate project idea and evaluate it through the decision-making model.
  • Initial feasibility study for a project idea through a business plan.
  • Market Feasibility study of a project.
  • Technical and financing Feasibility study of a project.
  • Financial feasibility study of a project.
  • Execute the project and evaluate the outcome.

 

Course Objectives:

  • Motivating Young Businesses.
  • Know how assess, evaluate investment ideas.
  • Know how study the market and the needs of potential customers.
  • Know how analyze internal and external factors for proper business.
  • Know how to Measure expected profitability indicators​.
