The Saudi Electronic University – Jeddah branch, has activated the Foundation Day through a "Glimpse from the Past," offering insight into the journey of camels during the era of the first Saudi state, highlighting heritage and legacy. An interview was conducted with one of the camel owners, Colonel Saad bin Dakhilallah, who emphasized that camels were the primary means of transportation and a major source of sustenance, with significant economic returns. Therefore, they played a pivotal role in social, cultural, and economic dynamics at that time, with reference made to some influential historical aspects.
