- Holding seminars and lectures to contribute to spreading the culture of e-learning, and planning and implementing programs to raise awareness among university staff about the importance of maintaining educational technology equipment.
- Continuous evaluation of the reality of e-learning in the university community, and participation in setting standards for evaluating the quality of e-courses and monitoring their implementation.
- Performing coordination and follow-up tasks to train faculty members on e-learning applications.
- Following up on seminars and lectures of interest to the local community, recording them, and providing copies to the Deanship of E-Learning and Distance Education.
- Providing technical support and assistance services in the field of e-learning to faculty members and academic departments.
- Identifying and reporting on the needs for educational technologies.
- Regular monitoring of the readiness of smart classrooms and meeting rooms.
- Monitoring faculty members' uploading of their electronic courses to the e-learning management system.
- Coordination, follow-up and supervision of the electronic content production line for courses.
