Graduation Compass

Important Guidelines for Completing Graduation Requirements

Dear Student, In order to ensure the smooth progress of your academic journey and your successful completion of graduation requirements, we would like to clarify the following points:

  • Your Primary Goal: This checklist is designed to serve as a self-reference to help you ensure that all requirements have been fulfilled. It is not a form that requires submission.
  • Accuracy of the Study Plan: Please note that the total number of registered or completed credit hours may not always reflect your graduation status. In cases such as changing majors or taking elective or additional courses outside the study plan, credit hours may increase without completing the mandatory courses. Therefore, please match your completed courses with your current program study plan.
  • Graduate Information Icon: This icon appears automatically upon completing (110) credit hours to facilitate proactive procedures. However, it does not necessarily mean automatic graduation in the same semester unless all remaining requirements have been completed.
  • Graduation Ceremony: We are pleased to celebrate with you at the graduation ceremony as an “expected graduate,” noting that final graduation approval is granted only after reviewing the final results, verifying alignment with the study plan and academic program requirements, and officially closing the semester.
  • Issuance of Documents: The verification, approval, and issuance of official documents (including internship students) takes approximately (30) working days from the official semester closing date as stated in the academic calendar.

Academic Checklist for Expected Graduates

Purpose: Through this checklist, we seek to engage you in the process of ensuring the successful completion of all your graduation requirements by matching your academic record with the approved study plan of your academic program.

Instructions: Please place a (✓) next to each item after verifying it independently by referring to your academic record and the approved study plan of the program. There is no need to resubmit the form (to the Deanship of Admission and Registration or any other entity) after completing the review.

Compliance standard

Concentration materials (for Bachelor's programs in the College of Administrative and Financial Sciences)

The training was completed in accordance with the requirements approved by the college, and all related procedures were completed according to the system.

Practical/Cooperative Training

The grade of the alternative test was recorded in the academic record for cases that took an alternative test, and the courses were credited in the academic record in cases where credit was requested.

Alternative test/subject equivalency (if applicable)

Not exceeding the standard graduation period, which means completing the graduation requirements within a maximum period of half the prescribed graduation period, in addition to the duration of the academic program.

Illustrative example (for the 4-year program)

 Basic program duration: 4 years.

Maximum additional allowance: Half the program duration = two years.

 Maximum graduation time : 4 years + 2 years = 6 years.

This means that the student must complete all graduation requirements within a maximum of 6 years from the date of commencement of studies.

With our best wishes for your continued success.
