Graduation Steps
The student graduation process goes through several steps and takes a period of 30 working days from the date of the semester closure as announced in the academic calendar:
Step One:
The “Graduate Data” icon is made available in Student Services during the ninth week, as announced in the academic calendar.
Step Two:
The graduate completes the required data through the “Graduate Data” icon for those who have completed 110 credit hours, within the period specified in the academic calendar, while adhering to the following:
- Ensuring the accuracy and correctness of the entered information.
- Entering the graduate’s full three-part name in both languages, matching the passport.
- Verifying the accuracy of contact information.
Step Three:
After the end of the academic semester and the completion of grade posting, the process of matching the study plans begins.
Step Four:
Once the matching process is completed, a Graduate Certificate is made available in Student Services, and the graduate is provided with a link to the electronic document via email.
Step Five:
The Graduate Affairs Department begins printing the paper documents, sorting them, and distributing them to the university branches.
Step Six:
The university branch contacts the graduate via email to notify them of the availability of the graduation document and to arrange collection from the branch.
