President of Saudi Electronic University receives CEO of Bin Mahfouz Charitable Foundation

Her Excellency President of the Saudi Electronic University, Prof. Lailac A. Alsafadi, received CEO of Bin Mahfouz Charitable Foundation, Eng. Mamdouh H. Al-Harbi, accompanied by Tariq Qumash, Head of Programs and Community Partnerships, on Wednesday at the University campus in Riyadh.

Her Excellency Prof. Lailac Alsafadi welcomed them and thanked them for their visit, which comes to discuss the possibility of cooperation in the field of developing funds to support University students during their study, providing scholarships, establishing programs to support special groups such as social security beneficiaries and children of National Martyr, programs to enhance the role of the University and students in community service, and developing joint programs to develop students' personal and leadership skills, in a way that achieves the public interest and makes distinguished contributions in community service.

During the visit, the guests were introduced to the Saudi Electronic University's vision, plans, educational and training programs, research contributions and future goals, its contributions to digital transformation in education, and its efforts to fulfill labor market needs, comprehensive development requirements, and achieve the goals of Vision 2030.

Salem Bin Mahfouz Charitable Foundation is one of the non-profit organizations that is concerned with achieving public benefit and sustainable development for society by providing a set of educational and training programs and community development, such as the scholarship program, which is a program that provides scholarships to students who have excelled in studies, to provide the community with specialized scientific workforce who contribute to its development.
