Saudi Electronic University signs a Memorandum of Understanding with King Abdulaziz Center for National Dialogue.

Saudi Electronic University signed a memorandum of understanding with King Abdulaziz Center for National Dialogue online via WebEx, Sunday، April 12, 2020, at 2:00 p.m.

His Excellency the Rector of the University, Prof. Ibrahim Amuaiqel welcomed His Excellency the Secretary-General of King Abdulaziz Center for National Dialogue, Prof. Abdullah Alfozan, and expressed his happiness by signing this memorandum with the Center. King Abdulaziz Center for National Dialogue is one of the most important centers that work to promote the culture of dialogue, diversity, and moderation among members of Saudi society in a way that serves the public interest and preserves national unity.

His Excellency, the Secretary-General of the Center, Prof. Abdullah Alfozan, thanked Saudi Electronic University for signing this memorandum and asked Allah to achieve the desired goals for both parties. He added: “We are proud of Saudi Electronic University and its technical expertise and capabilities which are in line with the services that the Center will provide. Since the University has branches all over the Kingdom in addition to its stimulating technical educational environment.”

The memorandum of understanding comes in light of community partnership and the activation of the principle of cooperation between educational institutions and various bodies. This would help to achieve joint interest, employ capabilities and experiences and open broad horizons for joint use of available resources and a better investment of accumulated expertise, especially in research, education, training, cultural, and technical fields. In addition, it would help to support programs of moderation, tolerance, culture of dialogue, and face everything that threatens national unity.

The memorandum was signed on behalf of Saudi Electronic University, by His Excellency the Rector of the University, Prof. Ibrahim Almuaiqel, and on behalf of the Center, His Excellency the Secretary-General, Prof. Abdullah Alfozan.
