His Royal Highness the Governor of Al-Ahsa Receives the President of Saudi Electronic University
His Royal Highness Prince Saud bin Talal bin Bader, Governor of Al-Ahsa, received the President of the Saudi Electronic University, Dr. Lilac Al-Safadi and a number of university staff at His Office in the Governorate Headquarters on Wednesday.
At the beginning of the meeting, HRH welcomed Dr. Lilac Al-Safadi and the University's staff and listened to the University's strategy description, which extends until 2025. The strategy aims to achieve 7 main objectives of the Kingdom's vision in addition to 37 sub-objectives in the three vision pillars. Those goals are expected to contribute to the achievement of 9 goals of the Ministry of Education, 11 goals for the Human Capacity Development Program, 4 goals for the National Digital Transformation Plan, 9 sustainable development goals as well as the University's role in serving the community in Al-Ahsa and expanding the educational programs through the branches.
HRH noted the efforts of the Government of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and His Highness the Crown Prince, in education efforts.
For her part, Dr. Lilac Al-Safadi expressed her thanks and appreciation to HRH for the warm reception, guidance, interest in the future of education and the contribution to enhancing the development of the Saudi young women and men.
