Saudi Electronic University discusses opportunities for cooperation between the two parties, the Authority for Persons with Disabilities

Her Excellency Dr. Lilac Ahmad Alsafadi, President of Saudi Electronic University, met with a delegation from Authority for Persons with Disabilities at the University Headquarters in Riyadh. Her Excellency welcomed the guests and appreciated this visit, which to explore and create means of cooperation between the two parties, helping to develop the educational and administrative environment and contribute to the University's leading role in providing community-serving initiatives and achieving the goals of Vision 2030.

This meeting examined opportunities to increase the rates of admission of students with disabilities to the University, cooperate in supporting students with disabilities by harmonizing lectures and courses, guiding relevant academic programs, university research, and graduation projects in the field of disability, discussing accessibility criteria in the university buildings and facilities and on the University's website, and employing persons with disabilities in academic and administrative staff.

The University continuously works to achieve its role as an educational institution in activating partnerships and cooperation with the charity sector and provides all its available resources and possibilities to achieve this, thereby contributing to the exchange of experiences and coordination of efforts to provide qualitative programs benefiting persons with disabilities, their families and the community.
