Project Management from a PMI Perspective, an Informative Seminar for University Staff

The Project Management Office at the Saudi Electronic University organized an informative seminar entitled: Project Management from a Perspective of PMI. It was presented tonight by Dr. Abdullah Alkhorayef, Assistant Professor at College of Administrative and Financial Sciences at the University, via Blackboard for the University’s staff. It talked about the definition of project management from an expert scientific perspective.

The seminar aims to identify project management in the employment of knowledge, skills, tools and specific methods on project activities to achieve the desired results and expected requirements. In addition, it discussed the success factors of projects, which included types of project management, the importance of project management, project management methodology from the PMI perspective, and project management tools and applications.

The Saudi Electronic University seeks to disseminate information and apply the latest international practices approved in project management in order to enhance the efficiency and accelerate the pace of achievement in the professional and scientific fields among its staff.
