Saudi Electronic University Signs a Cooperation Agreement with the Center of Information and Arabian- Russian Studies.

Saudi Electronic University signed a cooperation agreement with the Center of Information and Arabian-Russian Studies, at the university main branch, to benefit from the Arabic online program for non-native speakers, and to open fields of cooperation and knowledge and cultural exchange between the two institutions. Also, to provide modern education according to the highest quality standards, to serve both institutions and meet their needs and aspirations. The agreement was signed by the Rector of SEU Prof. Ibrahim Almuaqil and the Director of the Center of Information and Arabian-Russian Studies, Dr. Majid Alturki. At the beginning of the meeting, the Rector welcomed the delegation and thanked them for this visit to launch cooperation between the two institutions. He also pointed out that the center has many significant contributions, and it is an effective way of communication; linking two major countries, such as Saudi Arabia and Russia. He also added that the university has distinctive contributions to serve and publish Arabic language for those who wants to learn it from non-native speakers in many educational institutions and centers around the world. He also thanked The Department of Arabic Language for non-native speakers and the Head of the department Prof. Abdulmohsen Alogaili . Also, the Director of the Center said that SEU is a renowned educational institution and we look forward to gain from its capabilities. And our philosophy at the center is based on bridging the knowledge gap between the two institutions, and enhancing the cultural and educational exchange between them, also we focus on collaborating with relevant parties on four ways: Specialized Publications, Specialized Studies, Seminars, and Ambassador Day to host ambassadors of the region. He also added that the center contains a group of specialists, experts, consultants, and specialized units for specialized studies. The signing ceremony was attended by university Professors and Deans of the Faculties, as well as the Consultant of the Center and Professor at Moscow University Dr. Vladimir Voumchef.
