Dr. Al-Nabahein: The new university system is characterized by disciplined independence and diversity of sources of income

Dr. May Bint Salem Al-Nabain, Undersecretary of the Saudi Electronic University for Student Affairs, thanked the custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and His Highness the Crown Prince for approving the new university system.

"The system is characterized by achieving disciplined independence, seeking diversity of sources of income, activating the role of endowments more broadly and forming advisory councils for students and faculty, and increasing research work to help raise the level and quality of performance and output," said Dr. May Al-Nabahein.

She explained that one of the advantages of the system is to approve the expansion and opening of branches of universities inside and outside the Kingdom, which will contribute to the development of the educational and research process and develop financial resources and human capabilities and provide support by creating job opportunities for the sons and daughters of the country in accordance with the Kingdom's Vision 2030.
