Seminar on financial awareness at SEU

College of Administrative and Financial Sciences CAFS at SEU organized a seminar on financial awareness, in cooperation with Capital Market Authority, Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency (SAMA) and the General Organization for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). The workshop took place on campus in Riyadh, and it was attended by the Vice-Rector for Educational Affairs, a number of college deans, University staff, and students. The speakers at the seminar were Saleh Alsikhan, Mansour Almalik, Adel Bin Mohammed and Abdulaziz Al-Juhani (representatives of Capital Market Authority). Then a representative from SAMA presented their presentation; they were Ibrahim Alqusi, Ibrahim Almadhi, and Mohammed Alshammari. Finally, a speaker form SMEs, Abdullah Alghulaiqah, presented his speech. The Vice-Rector for Educational Affairs thanked the event planners. He added that this event is aimed at raising financial awareness to students. He also confirmed that CAFS constantly strives to improve their students' skills and enlighten their minds by giving such useful workshops to bring them expertise in their fields. The Dean of CAFS, Dr. Mansour Albarrak, ensured that the University tries to hold sessions that are aimed at casting light on the importance of financial awareness, the culture of saving and financial planning. He then commended the efforts made by the University towards enhancing financial awareness among its staff.
