SEU Rector Congrats Issuing a Number of Royal Decrees

On behalf of the University’s staff and students, the University Rector, Prof. Ibrahim Almuaiqel, extended his thanks and appreciation to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud -may Allah protect him- for issuing a number of royal decrees. They were diverse, inclusive, and supportive of the comprehensive development process. These orders enhance the Saudi labor market and facilitate the Kingdom’s vision of 2030.

He said that the royal decrees reaffirm the desire of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques to achieve the public interest of the country and advance the administrative and investment institutions and systems to ensure the protection of the nation’s properties and the achievement of the citizens’ aspirations. With his vision gearing the country’s path toward progress, development, and growth by moving forward the level of state agencies in line with current and future requirements. Thus, it enhances the position of the Kingdom to achieve a prosperous future in various fields. 

Prof. Almuaiqel commended the decision to merge the Ministry of Civil Services and the Ministry of Labor and Social Development to the Ministry of Human Resource and Social Development. Also, transforming the General Investment Authority to the Ministry of Investment to be independent from the Ministry of Trade, as well as changing the Sports, Tourism, and National Heritage Authorities to Ministries of Sports and Tourism. In addition to a number of designations that would support the development process, the country is going through in light of the 2030 vision. 

The SEU Rector prayed Allah to maintain security and safety for this country under the leadership of the Custodian of Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud and his Highness the Crown Prince and to protect them from harm and extend them with his help and success.
