- Preparing periodic reports that indicate performance indicators and the level of achievement and submitting them to the competent authorities at the university.
- Providing services to beneficiaries in the best professional style that reflects the university's position
- Directing the beneficiaries in case their inquiries or requests are related to other entities within the university, and coordinating with the relevant departments to ensure the speed of response and the accuracy of the information
