Services and Projects
- Receiving and recording outgoing and incoming transactions,
registering official transactions in the electronic system, and ensuring their tracking and follow-up until the required procedures are completed. - Internal and external mail delivery
Organizing the distribution and delivery of mail between departments within the university, and sending and receiving correspondence from external parties. - Managing the electronic administrative communications system
involves supervising the operation of the electronic administrative communications system and providing technical support to users. - Electronic document archiving involves
saving and archiving documents and transactions electronically, ensuring easy access and their security in accordance with approved policies.
- The project to develop the administrative communications system
involved conducting two workshops to train university staff on using the administrative communications system, with the aim of increasing the efficiency of use and maximizing the benefit from the system. - The Digital Transformation Initiative for Paper Transactions
aims to reduce reliance on paper transactions and replace them with electronic systems that contribute to accelerating procedures and achieving sustainability. - Comprehensive electronic archiving:
Complete electronic archiving of all previous files and correspondence, to ensure their preservation and easy access within a secure and organized digital environment.
- Over 95% of correspondence has been automated.

The application of the electronic system has contributed to speeding up procedures, resulting in a 40% reduction in the average transaction processing time compared to the traditional mechanism. -

The administrative communications system has been linked with a number of government entities to facilitate integration and data exchange.
