Unit's Tasks
1/ Establishing and implementing a quality system
- Contribute to establishing and implementing a quality management system within the agency in accordance with the requirements of the university and regulatory bodies.
2/ Monitoring and continuous improvement
- Continuously collect and analyze data on quality performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Submit proposals and initiatives that contribute to improving the Agency's performance and developing its operations.
3/ Accreditation and institutional quality
- Provide the necessary requirements to obtain and maintain local and international accreditations.
- Representing the agency in visits by consultants, quality experts, and accreditation bodies.
4/ Planning and Reports
- Overseeing the preparation of the agency's annual operational plan and submitting it to the Deanship of Development and Quality at the beginning of each calendar year.
- Monitor operational performance indicators, contribute to analyzing the current situation, and suggest opportunities for improvement.
- Review reports received from the Deanship of Development and Quality and prepare the necessary corrective and preventive measures.
5/ Evidence of achievement and follow-up

- Prepare and compile the required evidence and documentation and submit it to the Deanship of Development and Quality.
- Follow up on the implementation of improvement and development plans to ensure the quality of work within the agency.
