About the Vice Deanship
The Vice Deanship for Research and Innovation serves as the executive arm of the Deanship of Graduate Studies, Research and Innovation in promoting and empowering research and innovation at Saudi Electronic University. It strives to develop a sustainable and stimulating research environment through the supervision of research programs and initiatives, facilitation of support and funding processes, and enhancement of the quality of scientific outputs. The Vice Deanship also builds strategic partnerships with local and international institutions to translate knowledge into practical solutions that contribute to sustainable development and align with Saudi Vision 2030.

To contribute to enabling a stimulating and sustainable research environment by supporting researchers, facilitating access to research resources, and promoting a culture of innovation and scientific production in line with national priorities and the University's strategic vision.
Build effective strategic partnerships with local and international research institutions and government and private sectors to enhance the societal impact of scientific research and accelerate the transformation of its outputs into practical solutions that serve sustainable development and the knowledge economy.
Participating in monitoring and analyzing research output data, studying its impact, and developing implementation plans related to research and innovation within the framework of the university's strategy.
Developing research programs and initiatives related to supporting scientific research and stimulating the university's scientific output in terms of both quantity and quality, based on the university's strategic objectives for research, development, and innovation.
