Female Students of Jeddah Branch Held an Awareness Event on Mental Health

Under the auspices of the Jeddah Branch's general supervisor's assistant of the female students - Dr. Maysoon Khojah and under the supervision of the Student Affairs Department, the volunteer club held an event (International Day for Mental Health), amid a distinct turnout from the students and employees of the branch.
The event included many themes such as introducing students to what mental health is, while showing its importance, and warning them about the factors that contribute to mental disorders, and the important role of the family in maintaining mental health. In addition to motivating students to practice yoga in cooperation with the Arab Yoga Foundation, because of its positive psychological and mental impact on them.
