Practical Training – Second Semester 2026

The College of Computing and Informatics announces the opening of registration for the Practical Training Course for the Second Semester (202620).

Registration Opening Date: November 1, 2026
Registration Closing Date: Thursday, December 24, 2026 (End of Day)
Training Start Date: January 17, 2027

Registration Requirements and Procedures

1. Students must register for the Practical Training Course within the registration period announced on the Practical Training webpage.
2. Students must have completed the minimum required credit hours up to the end of Level 6, in accordance with their academic study plan.
3. Students are allowed to register for a maximum of three academic courses alongside the Practical Training Course.
4. The training period must cover a full academic semester, with a minimum of 280 training hours.
5. The training tasks listed in the registration form must be related to the student's major and include at least five different technical tasks.
6. The training organization must be officially recognized and registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (government, semi-government, or licensed private sector).

Practical Training Awareness Session

The College of Computing and Informatics is pleased to invite students to attend an awareness session about the Practical Training Course and its registration procedures.

The session will cover the following topics:

1. Practical Training registration requirements.
2. Registration procedures and selection of training organizations.
3. Training acceptance procedures.
4. Training duration.
5. Training requirements.
