Quality Policy

The Saudi Electronic University has established a quality policy based on principles and foundations aligned with the University’s strategic direction, aiming to meet the requirements of its stakeholders and satisfy the concerned parties by complying with all requirements related to advanced services. The University is committed to fostering a culture of quality among all employees as a strategic choice, to develop, evaluate, and improve performance, correct pathways, and achieve distinguished results. This commitment aims to enhance the satisfaction of beneficiaries through continuous improvement of the performance of the quality system and the services provided, in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015, as follows:

Compliance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015.
Building the capabilities and skills of the University’s staff through continuous training and raising awareness about the importance of the quality management system.
Ensuring the availability of resources, expertise, and infrastructure necessary to meet requirements and continuously improve services provided to beneficiaries.
Establishing and reviewing quality objectives within the framework of achieving the requirements of beneficiaries and all concerned parties.
Continuous monitoring of performance indicators to enhance improvement.
Spreading the concept of quality among all beneficiaries, staff, and university officials.
Periodic review of the quality policy to ensure its continued relevance to the quality management system at the University.
