Corporate communication is the bridge that connects the organization with its internal and external audiences, by conveying the needs, opinions and aspirations of the audience to the relevant parties within the organization, which contributes to studying and meeting them, and enhances the organization’s image and message to society.

Management goals

  1. Introducing the university’s audience, services, plans, programs, activities, achievements, systems, regulations, and goals.
  2. Establishing and disseminating the concepts and culture of distance e-learning among the target audience (internal and external).
  3. Creating and promoting a positive mental image of the university.
  4. Highlighting the scientific, academic and cultural role of the university.
  5. Strengthening media and communication partnerships with institutions, sectors, and segments of society, and inviting them to participate in promoting the culture of e-learning and distance education.
  6. Identifying public opinion trends and reactions towards the university's efforts and responsibilities and providing appropriate recommendations to it.

Management tasks

  1. Welcoming and seeing off visiting professors, external examiners, contractors, and university guests at the airport, and providing them with accommodation and transportation.
  2. Taking on the duties of welcoming and seating guests attending parties held at the university.
  3. Preparation and arrangements for receiving visiting delegations to the university.
