Stemming from the Ministry of Education's keenness to promote cooperation and collaboration between universities, strengthen the communication between Deans of Saudi universities, and to continue development efforts to achieve the objectives of Vision 2030 ; it is keen on to annually hold a periodic series of meetings of the Deans.

The meeting is hosted by a Saudi university in which the deans discuss the mechanisms and programs of graduate studies, offer initiatives and experiences, exchange experiences, achieve mutual benefit between universities and accomplish outputs that elevate the educational system in order to contribute to the development of graduate studies programs and quality academic programs, devise development plans to ensure the quality of paid programs and to achieve the required objectives.
