E-University meets its new students for the academic year 1441 H
Under the auspices of The Director of the Saudi Electronic University in charge of Prof. Dr. Ibrahim bin AbdulAziz Al-Maaqal, the university organized a number of introductory meetings for students accepted for the bachelor's degree for the academic year 1441 H in Riyadh and in the branches of the university in Jeddah, Dammam and Qassim. Medina, Tabuk, Jazan, Al-Ahsa and Abha.
His Excellency the Rector attended the induction meeting in Riyadh, where he met the students and welcomed them, wishing them a year full of successes and achievements, and that the university not only offers the graduate student a university degree, but also seeks through its curricula that correspond to the finest international universities, to qualify him for the labor market Saudi.  He stressed that the University is continuing to develop its academic plans and programs in order to achieve the aspirations of the rational leadership towards providing a local learning environment based on information and communication technologies and e-learning, contributing to creativity and excellence, and to achieve the national transformation program 2020, which is one of the programs Executive To See Kingdom 2030.
He added: The university adopts a system of integrated education that integrates traditional attendance with the attendees through the use of technology tools and applications.  He pointed out that students at e-university are the real partners in the education industry, and not only recipients, but are the focus and basis of the educational process so that they can raise themselves in both the cognitive and skilled aspects.
His Excellency Prof. Ibrahim Al-Ma'akel stressed that the university is among the public universities, and the regulations and regulations approved by the Higher Education Council are implemented in order to create a modern educational environment that is in the interest of promoting the movement of academic education in the country, and adapting technology to serve the goals of the country.
His Excellency noted the care and attention of king Salman bin AbdulAziz and His Royal Highness Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman Al Saud - May God bless them - education in general and institutions and centers of higher education, and support its academic marches, in addition to what the University enjoys E-mail from a permanent follow-up from His Excellency the Minister of Education Dr. Hamad bin Mohammed Al-Sheikh.
The introductory meetings, which were attended by a number of university officials and branch supervisors, included presentations of the university's educational systems, where the university relies on a number of advanced systems, including the Electronic Learning Management System (BlackBoard), one of the systems that deals with To follow up on students and monitor the efficiency of the university's educational process, as well as to provide students with great opportunities to communicate with their teachers outside the lecture hall anywhere, anytime.  There was also talk about the basic educational services system at the university, the method of signing in to the blackboard system, how to know the content of the course course, attending virtual classes, explaining how the learning management system services are through smartphones and tablets, in addition to enabling Students benefit from the Ministry of Education's Saudi Digital Library and have electronic access to many e-books and international publishing houses.
It also included presentations on information about the first year of the joint, activities, student meetings and ways of communicating between students, colleges and departments within the university.
