The Saudi Electronic University aims to make a range of public data available through its online portal, as part of a strategy to enhance knowledge and promote e-participation. The open data platform is provided to all visitors and users of the university website, enabling them to access and utilize the available data as needed.

The following tables contain up-to-date data on university students across all branches, including new, current, and graduating students, for recent academic years up to and including 1446 AH. The data also includes information on staff and research. The university's Data Management Office oversees the annual updating of this data, which is made available to users in multiple downloadable and editable formats, supporting transparency and promoting the principle of open data.

1. The open data library has been made available to all visitors and users of the university's electronic portal to enhance transparency, e-participation, and the utilization of data to advance knowledge. It enables them to use and benefit from the published data by providing files in various formats free of charge or financial restrictions; they have the right to use it at their own risk.
2. Using the open file library constitutes an acknowledgment of compliance with the terms and conditions of this policy. The data user is responsible for reusing the data on the university's electronic portal, and the reuse of this data should not result in any errors related to the data's content, source, or date.
3. The user of the data must indicate the source of this data by placing a link to the university's electronic portal in order to maintain ownership of the data, its credibility and the validity of its source. It is also necessary not to distort any of the data used or its source. It is also prohibited to use this data for any suspicious or misleading purposes or in violation of the regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
4. The university is not responsible for any errors, missing data, republished copies, or use of this open data, and assumes no responsibility towards data users.
5. The university puts the data on its website, but at the same time it does not guarantee the continued provision of data under a particular subject in the open data library or part thereof.
