The university's use of your personal data is governed by the Personal Data Protection Law issued under Royal Decree No. M/19 dated 9/2/1443 AH and its implementing regulations. Furthermore, the electronic services provided by the university require the use of users' personal data, such as name, national ID number, mobile phone number, and other necessary information, to ensure the proper and efficient delivery of services. Access to these services is not possible without providing the required personal data.
Therefore, we inform you that the university is committed to all the regulations and conditions stipulated in the system, which include the following:

- We are committed to applying the highest standards of protection and security to ensure that your data is not exposed to any security breach or unauthorized use.
Protection of rights in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law and in compliance with relevant regulations and bylaws, you are entitled to the following:
- Access to your personal data that is held.
- Request to correct or update your personal data.
- Request to destroy your personal data that is no longer needed, without prejudice to what is stipulated in the regulations.
- Objecting to the processing of your personal data for legitimate reasons.
