Dean’s Office

Office Overview

The Office of the Dean of Admission and Registration serve as the administrative support unit for the Deanship of Admission and Registration. It is responsible for coordination and follow-up between the Deanship and the various university sectors, contributing to the smooth running of academic processes and ensuring the quality of services provided to students from admission through to graduation.

Office Responsibilities

Following up on incoming and outgoing correspondence of the Deanship before presenting it to the Dean of Admission and Registration.
Preparing official letters and correspondence related to the Deanship’s activities.
Organizing the schedule of the Dean of Admission and Registration, including meetings and appointments, and following up on their outcomes.
Coordinating with internal university departments and units regarding the academic and administrative activities of the Deanship.
Following up on the implementation of decisions and directives issued by the Dean of Admission and Registration.
Preparing periodic reports on the Deanship’s activities and achievements.
Supporting the work of committees and meetings related to the Deanship and following up on their recommendations.
Contributing to the improvement and development of administrative procedures and services provided to students.
