It is concerned with developing and designing applied programs within colleges and reviewing them, preparing initiatives that are compatible with the needs of the labor market, and supervising implementation and ensuring quality.

It is responsible for managing and organizing cooperative training, distributing students to training entities, approving training plans, monitoring academic and field supervisors, and evaluating the quality of training.

Responsible for building and developing partnerships with employers, coordinating agreements, attracting training opportunities, and monitoring employers' compliance with training quality standards.

It works on monitoring performance, analyzing data, preparing performance indicators for the applied education unit, and supervising continuous improvement plans.
