the World Autism Awareness Day

The College of Health Science was held the World Autism Awareness Day in cooperation with Eradah Charity (People of determination special needs) The program was going on the SEU campus (in Dammam Branch) last Monday 1 April, and Tuesday 1 April 2019 _25-26/07/1440H. There was an awareness-raising lecture including some provision of various support services presented by the charity and some talks to encourage the participation of students and people in attending awareness events.

   Under the patronage of His Excellency, the Dean of CHS, Dr. Abdulaziz H. Alhamidi, and the supervision of Dr. Bussma A. Bugis, CHS Vice Dean - Females Section, the event included many corners such as some highlights of symptoms of autism, how to deal with autistic people, and counselling by respected specialists in Eradah Charity. Variety of different publications (for example the role nutritional support in Rehabilitation of People of determination (special needs (, advice support to their families etc.) have been distributed. It was high level of attendance by students, faculty members in the event.
