The Saudi Electronic University’s use of your information is governed by Personal Data Protection Law as issued in accordance with Royal Decree No. (M/19) dated 09/02/1443 AH and its executive regulations. In order to ensure the proper and efficient delivery of the service, the University's electronic services require the use of the beneficiaries' personal data, including name, ID number, cellphone number, and other pertinent information. These services cannot be used without the necessary personal data being provided.
As a result, we hereby notify you that the institution is dedicated to adhering to all legal requirements, which encompass the following:
- Collecting and processing data for the legitimate and specified purposes that have been previously reported.
- Apply the highest standards of protection and security to ensure that your data is not exposed to any security breach or illegal use.
Preserving rights in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Law and in line with applicable laws and regulations. You therefore possess the following rights:
- Access to the information about you that is being stored.
- Request an update or correction of your personal information.
- Request that your personal data be destroyed when the data subject no longer needs it, keeping in mind the legal requirements.
- Object to the processing of your personal data for legitimate reasons.
