- Monitoring the implementation of initiatives and strategic plans, as well as measuring performance and analyzing progress levels.
- Preparing executive and analytical reports to support decision-making.
- Organizing the work of related committees and councils and enhancing the quality of their outcomes.
- Managing the agency’s correspondence and official communications in a way that reflects a professional institutional identity.
