- The ability to support the student's self-confidence.
- Registration: The number of levels required for graduation is eight levels, according to the approved study plans.
- Registration takes place during the week preceding the start of the semester and according to the college's academic calendar.
- Early registration: begins in the tenth week of the semester and is for the following semester.
- Withdrawal from a semester: A student may withdraw from a semester without failing, provided they submit an excuse accepted by the Admissions and Registration Office.
- Before the end of the third week of the semester, fees will be refunded.
- After the end of the third week of the semester, no refunds will be issued.
- Withdrawal from a course: It is permissible to withdraw from one or more courses without a refund of fees if the request is submitted before the end of the eighth week of the semester.
- Postponement: A request to postpone studies may be submitted for an excuse accepted by the Deanship of Admissions and Registration, before the end of the first week of the semester.
- Warning: A notice issued to the student when his cumulative grade point average falls below (1).
- Disqualification: A student is disqualified from taking the final exam for the course if their absence rate reaches 25% of the actual or virtual lectures.
- Absence from the final exam: The student's grade will be zero and their semester grade in that course will be calculated based on coursework grades.
- The student bears full responsibility for their performance and academic record in the electronic system.
- The importance of continuous communication with the college, the course instructor, and the academic advisor.
- The importance of participating in lectures and discussions.
- Respecting the deadlines for lectures and submitting assignments.
- Familiarity with the details of the academic calendar and the announced dates related to postponement and excuse.
- The student is responsible for following up on announcements, whether through email, notice boards, the university website (Blackboard).
