The College of Health Sciences represented by the Community Services Unit, invites you to attend an introductory seminar about returning to normal life, entitled: Safe return.
The seminar will be held on Tuesday, November 2, 2021, from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM.
Presented by:
- Dr. Abdullah Alarifi, a physician and a faculty member in the Public Health department at the College of Health Sciences, Saudi Electronic University.
- Mrs. Dana Kattan, a family counselor, a social trainer, and a Quran trainer.
Meeting Moderator:
Dr. Ahmed Alabdrabalnabi, a faculty member in the Public Health department at the College of Health Sciences, Saudi Electronic University.
The seminar will discuss the following points:
- The family relationships while facing returning to the normal life and back to work.
- Family fears from attachment and adherence of children and their dependence on the presence of parents for a long time.
- Re-adjusting the time management skills to push the wheel of productivity to a level equal to or greater than the previous recession period.
- The impact of Corona pandemic on the mental and psychological health of adults and children.
- How do we overcome the resulting anxiety?
- Returning to normal life.
